Need a credible Latin translator!?

I need someone who is credible in Latin/English translation to tell me what aeternus means in English. Please don't just look this up online, I have come across many different meanings. So if someone can tell me for sure what it means that would be awesome! Thank you!|||Eternal, or everlasting. It is likely it comes form the phrase "vitam aeternam" or life everlasting. This phrase is one of the last phrases in the Nicene creed. The reason why the word you have provided is aeternus, and the one in the creed is aeternam is simply because aeternus is an adjective and in-flexes to fit the case and gender of the noun it modifies.

---aeternus would modify a masculine noun in the nominative singular case, belonging to second declension.
