I want to get "the future belongs to those who prepare for it today" tattooed across my collar bones in Latin. I have used several different online translators and the results are close to each other but they are different. What is a reliable English to Latin translator? Please help me out on this. Thank you|||Well, this probably won't look like what you have from an online translator. There are a couple of things used in the construction that an online translator would probably never apply.
Futura illis qui hodie parant.
As for a reliable online translator - there isn't one.|||Rule of thumb with tattoos in other languages: don't get one unless you can accurately translate it yourself and trust your own knowledge well enough to bet the rest of you life having an incorrect tattoo.
Also, online translations and tattoo shop translations are NOTORIOUS for incorrect translations. Every year there are hundreds of lawsuits against translation websites and such about "you translated this wrong and now my tattoo is wrong" and every judge will throw out the case because there are disclaimers on the websites.
Unless you speak and know latin, i wouldn't...|||thats a good quote! anyways... try google translate :) they're pretty on point
